As we begin our new year of activities, we will be having our first BOG meeting. It will begin at 5:00pm on Wednesday, September 7th. We are moving our BOG meetings to the first Wednesday of each month to avoid the need to reschedule them during the holiday period.
One of the topics we will be discussing is the several vacant government positions we have. We will be discussing current nominations that have been placed and establishing the timeline for voting in all new BOG members. We haven’t been able to do so as of yet due to lack of response for calls for nominations.
We will also be discussing our program dates and times for most of the society year. Once these are more in place we will update the calendar on this website.
The meeting will be held via teleconference.
